World Science, Environment and Engineering Competition (WSEEC)
The Indonesia Youth Science Association (IYSA) organized the prestigious World Science, Environment and Engineering Competition (WSEEC), a global platform that challenges students to solve real-world problems through engineering and scientific innovation.
Proudly awarded to Mast. Neelabh Shejwalkar and Mast. Swaraj Chavan for their outstanding contribution to sustainable engineering.
Participating in the competition online, our students presented their ingenious project titled ‘Mask Bricks’. This project addressed the environmental challenge of waste management by repurposing used masks into durable building materials—a highly relevant solution in the post-pandemic era.
The international jury recognized the project for its creativity, technical feasibility, and environmental impact. This success reinforces AK Joshi School’s mission to encourage students to look at global problems through the lens of scientific inquiry.
Transforming pandemic waste into sustainable solutions for the future of construction.
