Yoga Day 2024

This year marks the 10 th International Day of Yoga with the theme, "Yoga for self and society". Yoga balances the harmony of mind and body. Its power to transform is what we celebrate on this day. The International Day of yoga aims to raise awareness worldwide of the many benefits of practicing yoga.Students of std.III and IV were explained the benefits of practicing yoga, few asanas were conducted by the guidance of Physical Education teacher. Asanas like Pranayam which includes Anulom Vilom and Bhramri Pranayam. Sitting Asanas like Vajarasana, Go-Mukhasana, Padmasana and Badhakonasena. Standing asanas like Tadasana, Virbhadrasana, Vrikshasana and Trikonasana were conducted. Students were explained to practice yoga daily for better health.
