“Take care of nature, and nature will take care of you.”
On Wednesday, 29th July 2025, the students of Std. 4 from VPM’s Sou. A. K. Joshi English Medium School (Primary Section), Thane enthusiastically participated in the Samruddha Maharashtra Tree Plantation Drive held at the Thane College Campus.
Students planted saplings of Mango, Kokam, Chincha, Jambhul, Arjun, Kadulimb, Badam, Apta, Pimpal, Vad, Surangi, and Bahava, experiencing the joy and responsibility of nurturing nature.
We express our sincere gratitude to Dr. Mahesh Sir, Sumedha Madam, Rasal Sir, Kayal Sir, Suvidhya Madam, and all the volunteers for their valuable guidance and support.
The event fostered learning, teamwork, and environmental awareness, a memorable step towards a greener tomorrow.
Vidya Prasarak Mandal like a big banyan tree branched out in many educational institutions. As you all know our Sou A. K. Joshi School ranks 1st in Thane with SSC Board syllabus. All members of A.K. Joshi Parivar continuously work with full of dedication to impart quality education for the development and progress of the students.
